Zero upload guarantee
All files are processed only in your browser's local memory and are destroyed the moment you leave the page — no server ever receives them. There is no backend endpoint that accepts documents, no object storage holding your images, and no database of what you typed. Close the tab and the data is gone, because it only ever existed on your device.
The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. We do not upload, log, or store the text, numbers, or files you enter. Your inputs never leave your device unless explicitly stated on the page.
We use third-party advertising companies (such as Google AdSense) to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies and information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies at www.aboutads.info.
Your files and text are never shared with advertisers. Advertising technologies operate in the page's advertising frames only; every tool on this site processes documents, images and text inside your browser and never transmits them, so there is nothing for an ad partner to receive.
On your first visit you will see a cookie notice with Accept and Reject options. Your choice is stored in your own browser and can be changed at any time by clearing site data for this domain. Rejecting advertising cookies does not disable any tool — every utility on this site works identically either way. We set no first-party cookies and run no analytics of our own.
For any privacy question, contact wenxin202305@gmail.com.
The support chat in the corner has a Message tab. If you use it, we receive exactly four things you chose to type: your email address, an optional name, the category you picked (bug report, feature idea, business enquiry or other), and the message text. Alongside those we record technical context used only for debugging: the page URL you were on, the timestamp, and your browser user-agent string.
We use this information for one purpose — replying to you. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, never added to a mailing list, and never used for marketing. Messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. A copy may also remain in our email inbox, because the form forwards messages to wenxin202305@gmail.com.
You can ask us to delete your messages at any time by emailing wenxin202305@gmail.com with the email address you used. A copy of anything you sent also stays in your own browser's local storage on that device (so you can review or remove it) — clearing your browser storage removes it instantly.
We deliberately do not use your IP address for analytics or profiling. The IP is written into the message record purely to rate-limit spam and stop abuse of the form, and is never used to identify, track or market to you. We never ask for payment details, passwords or personal documents through this form.
Tool pages that accept files (images, DXF drawings) or text never transmit them anywhere. Processing happens entirely within your browser tab. When you close the tab, any data held in memory is discarded. Tools that keep state (such as the vent wall) use your browser's local storage on your own device, which you can clear at any time through your browser settings.
This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You may opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. Some tool pages load open-source libraries from public CDNs (such as jsdelivr and staticimgly); these requests are standard static file downloads and the CDN operators do not receive your tool inputs.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us through the support form, together with the IP address recorded for spam rate-limiting (see "Messages you send us").
If the site's data practices ever change — for example, if a future tool needs a server component — this page will be updated with a new "Last updated" date before the change goes live.
Tool Station is built so that we cannot see your data even if we wanted to. Every tool runs in your own browser. Your files, text, passwords and images are processed on your device and are never uploaded to any server. We keep no accounts, no document database and no logs of what you entered. The only things stored are small preferences and the notes you deliberately save, and those stay inside your browser.
When you use a tool on this site, the content you work with — the PDF you open, the photo you remove a background from, the JSON you paste, the password that gets generated, the rant you type on the vent wall — is read by JavaScript running in your browser tab and then discarded when you close the tab. It does not travel over the network. Our hosting provider sees only that a page was requested, exactly as it would for any static website.
A few tools remember things so that they are still there when you come back.
All of it lives in your browser's localStorage, which is sandboxed
per site and never leaves your device:
None of this is transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data for this site erases it permanently and irreversibly; there is no server-side copy to restore.
Some tools load open-source code or an AI model from a public content delivery network. This is a download of code to your browser, not an upload of your data — the CDN receives a request for a library file, and nothing else:
These providers may log the request for a static file under their own policies. They never receive your document or image.
Google AdSense and its partners may set cookies or use similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads based on your interests. Tool Station itself sets no first-party cookies and runs no analytics of its own. You can control ad personalisation at Google Ad Settings, or opt out of participating third-party ad networks via aboutads.info. Blocking cookies will not break any tool on this site.
The site is a general-purpose utility website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because the tools do not require an account and do not upload content, no age information is collected in the first place.
Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete on our side, and no account to close. If you want everything a tool has saved removed from your device, clear site data for this domain in your browser settings, or use the tool's own "Clear all" control where one is provided.
If this policy changes, the update is posted on this page with a revised date at the bottom. Material changes — for example, a tool that starts sending data somewhere — would be called out at the top of the affected tool page as well.
